Learnt a new word? Use it in your sentence.
There is no harm in practising new words in your speech however, sans guidance you might just do it all wrong.
What if your sentence is wrong? What if you are using the wrong tense? And the worst part, how will you know that you are wrong?
If you keep doing something wrong, you might develop a habit of doing that. It is very difficult to get rid of a bad habit.
If it sounds good in a sentence, it does not signify that it belongs to it. There are many different collocations, patterns and expressions that guide you how to use a word properly in a sentence.
Memorising some phrases that contain that new word will be beneficial as you will get a rough idea of the situations you should use that word in.
Making mistakes while speaking English is embarrassing
First of all, being a learner of a specific language you are bound to make mistakes. Even native speakers make mistake while speaking English and that is perfectly fine. However, repeating the mistakes and not putting in efforts to correct them is not recommended. Although, it does not have any embarrassing element associated with it but, you might develop a habit of doing so.
The language that you are learning is not your native language. You are making an effort to learn an altogether different way of communication and in that process, mistakes are inevitable.

Learning English can be fun however, learning it fast and without proper guidance is surely misleading. It takes a lot of patience, mistakes, and efforts to learning this prestigious language.

People mistake English as a one off sprint, when in reality it is a marathon with a number of twists and turns and without continuous support it is impossible to finish it.
